| EarthMotion will be advised by a board of trustees. These trustess will be in charge of all assets of the organization, they will essentially be stockholders. They will share equal responsibility with the founders of EarthMotion in running the organization. Each candiidate will be limited to a four year term, at which point they must take at least one year off. | ||||||||||||||
